I found so many wonderful things in the seven plus months I posted daily (twice daily in December) there are only so many wonderful things and my standards of what would be posted and how remained high. I was reaching a point where a decision would need to be made – post less often or lower my standards.
I decided to take a summer break from daily posts, giving me a chance to evaluate how I can bring more to this blog than just ‘things’. Knowing that the gift ideas are the most popular posts, perhaps more of those and sharing posts about maximizing versatility, value in small things, and quality over quantity.
Don’t worry, after my summer break, the same great gift ideas you’ve come to love in this blog will still be shared, but so will posts about how to enjoy the occasion as much as a shopping for it.
