Remember in ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ when Fred (aka Paul) wanted to buy something for Holly at Tiffany & Co., but only had $10. They considered a silver telephone dialer for her, but it lacked romance. The days of rotary telephones are gone so Tiffany no longer sells the item, but out of curiosity I looked for the least expensive unromantic, classically-styled, sterling silver item in their online store. Using the advanced search, I found the Tiffany 1837 Bookmark for $75 (photo below). There is also a modern Apple Bookmark for $65 and, for something a bit more romantic, a few simple necklace chains for $50-60.
If nothing else will do and you simply must have a vintage Tiffany & Co. sterling silver telephone dialer, Collectibles Kingdom has one for $125 (photo below). Or you can look at Ebay.com and Ebay.co.uk. Looking for Tiffany & Co. vintage items in general? Here is a link to the related search on Ebay.com and on Ebay.co.uk.

Sterling Silver Telephone Dialers. [...]
